A shrinkwrap chargeback may occur when a product that requires shrink wrap was not shrinkwrapped or bagged, or was not properly shrinkwrapped or bagged. Products must be shrinkwrapped or bagged if they need to be protected from damage, dust or leakage, or if the product has multiple parts that need to be bundled together. [1]
